Empty Hand: The Movie
I‘ve been waiting for this to be released on DVD for almost 2 years. This is a documentary filmed in the US about 5 competitors who vi for a place in the World Championships. It shows admirably the determination, effort and pain that young karateka have to endure if they hope to compete and more importantly WIN at premier karate events. I hope that this clip whets your appetite for the full-length movie, which will no doubt be released one day. (2 min)

Sensei Masao Kagawa: The Art Of Shotokan
To my knowledge this movie was never released in English, which is a shame as I would love to hear Senseis in depth explanations. That aside I feel that this is an important and brilliant movie that demonstrates karate techniques at the highest level and you can learn a lot from watching this true master of karate performing basic techniques with an amazing level of skill. Be inspired… be VERY inspired. (54 mins)
